Hybrid Working

We understand the importance of work/life balance which is why YouView offers hybrid working. We simply require a minimum of 4 days per month (1 or 2 days per week) in the office to support the work culture.

Flexible Working 

Many of our staff members have agreed flexible working contracts with their manager, such as part time working, compressed hours, and different start and end times.

Working Away

If you need a change of scene, we’ll give you the option to work abroad for up to 8 weeks in each financial year. 

Home Set Up Allowance

Need to make some improvements to your home workstation? Claim back up to £400 on equipment to perform your best.

Bonus‍

You’ll be automatically enrolled into the Company Bonus Scheme the month after completing probation.

Enhanced Family Leave

Annual Leave

Time off is important. Every employee gets 25 days entitlement when they start, which is increased to 27 days after 2 years and 28 days after 3 years. Need more leave? You can buy up to 5 additional holiday days per year with two windows in April and October to purchase.

Private Medical Insurance‍

With private GP access included, YouView will pay your premium – you’ll only need to pay tax – and you can also add family cover for a small cost.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

‍We offer support and advice for employees and their families dealing with personal problems. From family issues to financial concerns, it’s a totally free service accessible from your first day of employment. Additionally, we have internal qualified Mental Health First Aiders available to help with anything mental health related.
